I have been engaged in personal development throughout my life. Even as a teenager, my favorite question, when exploring both myself and the world, was simply: “why?”
Before pursuing formal studies in psychology, my path was diverse. I trained as a waitress and as a specialist in Finnish foreign trade, worked as a travel consultant and voice-over artist, and also gained experience as a bartender and DJ in Finland, as well as managing a cartography shop in Tallinn.
It is often said that only later do we understand the purpose of our varied experiences. Today, as a passionate advocate of work happiness, a psychotherapist, supervisor, and self-realization counselor, I feel deeply grateful for this multifaceted journey. It allows me to understand the nuances of different professions and the unique dynamics of various fields of work.
In 2001, while working as a Product Manager at CV-Online, I realized that focusing solely on individual well-being is not enough – organizations, too, have their own goals. The key question is: how can we align people’s talents and aspirations with organizational objectives in a way that enables both to thrive, without leading to burnout?
I support individuals in discovering their true potential and creating lives that are genuinely their own- both professionally and personally.
I partner with organizations to foster engaging leadership practices, shape motivating workplace cultures, strengthen employee commitment, and achieve goals with clarity and ease.
